Over the last few weeks we have had the pleasure to speak with countless florists, both large and small, and have started to get to know you on a personal level!  We truly feel a special bond with each and every one of you– and want to see your success in everything that you do.

From the small town American Florist, to the Big City Event Planner, we are committed to bringing you the finest in floral technology that will help your event design business.  We plan to bridge the gap from florist to farm and allow you to service your clients in a way you never thought possible.  If there is anything to do to make your experience a better one, simply let us know!  We are committed to making your life easier– and if you’d like to schedule a time to speak with our team one-on-one– simply schedule a time that works for you.  We are here to provide excellent support, service and instruction on helping your business be the best it can be.

I began the design and implementation of Details almost 8 years ago alone in my floral studio in Daytona Beach.   After years of working on antiquated personal systems, excel spreadsheets and word documents, I knew that there had to be an easier way to manage all of the components of my floral design business.   It seemed impossible.  So many moving pieces and prices to remember.  I was like a walking floral encyclopedia.
It was in those early years that I faced many of the challenges you may be currently faced with.  There was no program that did the work for me. I dreamed of a system that would handle all of the many tasks.   As I designed beautiful weddings, I also started designing a system to shape the industry.  If I’d known it would take 8 years to get here, I probably would have given up!  But alas, with each challenge came opportunity.  And I find myself here– today– talking to the world’s finest event florists in the country and helping them with their events.  Thank you!  Every call and note of gratitude is so worth the time that it spent building and shaping this program.

In the daily discussions with my teams of developers, sales, and social media girls, we know that our system has the power to grow the entire industry.  We are asking you to help us on this journey.  My request of you, is to give us a good try and see if we can help manage your business in a way that you may never have dreamed of.  Tell your floral friends.  With contribution of the industries finest event designers, we can help shape our industry and connect the dots in a way that has not been done.  Not only will we be more successful business owners, but we can bring together the FLORAL industry in a way that was never thought possible– securing fresher product earlier, and achieving pricing we never thought possible.
